Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. To ensure fairness to both our team and other clients, we ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time.

Late Cancellations & Fees:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows (when our team arrives and cannot access the property) will be charged 100% of the service cost.
